  • Evaluation and advice on assignee’s housing requirements
  • Thorough search of property market based on assignee’s brief
  • Arrange appointments with agents/landlords and prepare itinerary to view selected properties
  • Meet with assignee and family and accompany them to view properties selected
  • Negotiate favourable terms on property chosen by assignee
  • Request Tenancy Agreement to be drawn up by landlord or their agent
  • Review Tenancy Agreement and negotiating necessary amendments
  • Ensure payment of security deposit
  • Manage signing of Tenancy Agreement
  • Oversee payment of deposit and initial rent
