This service is designed to assist the tenant on move-in day and includes the following:
- Walk through of property with assignee and landlord/agent
- Inventory check
- Meter readings
- Conditions report and photographs
- Hand-over of keys
- Assist with transfer of gas and electricity
- Advice on setting up TV, phone and broadband
- Advice on refuse collections and recycling
- Local information including emergency services, hospitals, doctors, dentists, public transport, local shops and services and leisure facilities.
- Follow up with landlord/management agent on any outstanding issues
- Assistance with arranging household goods shipment if required
